Who we are

Citable London is a trading name of Bike Clinique Ltd (company 08267545), registered with the ICO under number ZB274122. Address: Unit 1, The Swan Centre, Rosemary Road, London SW17 0AR. Contact: hello@citable.london.

What we collect

When you ask for a free AI visibility snapshot we collect your name, business name, website, email address and the sector you choose. We also record how you reached the site (for example the page you landed on, the referring site and any advert click reference) so we know which pages are useful. If you email or call us, we keep that conversation.

Why we use it

To prepare and send the snapshot you asked for, to reply to you about it, and to follow up once about our services. Our lawful bases are taking steps you asked for before a contract, and our legitimate interest in running and improving the service. We do not sell your information.

Who can see it

Only the Citable team and the providers that host our website and our secure enquiry store (Vercel and OVHcloud). Payments, if you buy something, are handled by Stripe; we never see your card details.

How long we keep it

Snapshot enquiries are kept for up to 2 years after our last contact with you, then deleted. If you become a client, the records we need for accounts and contracts are kept for up to six years.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete your information, ask us to stop using it, or object to follow-up at any time. Email hello@citable.london and we will reply within one month. You can also complain to the UK Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
